General Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and apk8x ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the apk8x website, mobile platform, sportsbook, casino, and all related services available at apk8x.net. By registering an account, making a deposit, or using any feature of the apk8x platform, you unconditionally accept these Terms in their entirety.

apk8x operates as an online gaming and sports betting platform serving players based in Bangladesh. The platform is intended solely for personal, non-commercial use by eligible individuals. Any commercial exploitation, resale, or redistribution of apk8x content or services — including odds data, game content, and promotional materials — is strictly prohibited without prior written consent from apk8x.

These Terms are written in English and are governed by and interpreted in accordance with applicable law. In the event of any conflict between a translated version (if made available for reference) and the English version, the English version shall prevail in all respects.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions. Failure by apk8x to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.

Account Registration

To access real-money gaming services on apk8x, you must register a personal account. Registration is free and open to eligible individuals who meet all of the following criteria:

• You are at least 18 years of age at the time of registration.
• You are accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is not explicitly prohibited for personal use.
• You are registering on your own behalf and not as an agent, representative, or on behalf of any third party.
• You are not a current or former employee of apk8x, or an immediate family member of such an employee, unless prior written consent has been granted by apk8x management.
• You have not previously had an apk8x account that was suspended, closed for cause, or permanently banned.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and a valid mobile phone number. apk8x may request supporting documentation — including a National Identity Card (NID), passport, or valid driver's licence — to verify the information provided at any time during the account lifecycle.

Each player may maintain only one active account. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same device, the same IP address, or through any other means — is a material breach of these Terms. Where duplicate accounts are identified, apk8x reserves the right to merge, suspend, or permanently close the additional accounts and to void any winnings or bonuses associated with them.

apk8x reserves the right to decline a registration application without providing a reason. Acceptance of a registration does not constitute a guarantee of continued access to the platform; apk8x may review and revoke account access at any time where these Terms have been breached or where there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity.

Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the apk8x platform — including deposits, withdrawals, and bonus credits — are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). apk8x does not charge internal conversion fees on BDT transactions. Any fees applied by your chosen payment provider (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, or your bank) are governed by the terms of that provider and are not the responsibility of apk8x.

The following payment methods are accepted for deposits and withdrawals on apk8x:

• Mobile Financial Services: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay
• Bank Transfer: Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank
• Cards: Visa, Mastercard (where supported by your issuing bank)

The minimum deposit amount on apk8x is ৳200. Minimum withdrawal amounts may vary by payment method and will be displayed in the cashier section of your account. Deposits via bKash and Nagad are typically credited instantly. Bank transfers may take 1–3 business days depending on the issuing bank's processing schedule.

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit wherever technically possible. This policy exists to comply with anti-money-laundering obligations and to protect players from unauthorised fund diversion. apk8x processes withdrawal requests within 5–30 minutes for mobile financial services and within 1–3 business days for bank transfers, subject to completion of any pending KYC verification requirements.

Deposits made to apk8x must be used for gaming purposes. Depositing funds and immediately requesting withdrawal without any gaming activity may be treated as a violation of these Terms and may trigger an anti-money-laundering review. apk8x reserves the right to request source-of-funds documentation in such cases.

apk8x does not accept third-party payments. All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in the same name as the apk8x account holder. Deposits received from third-party sources will be returned to the originating account and the relevant apk8x account may be suspended pending investigation.

Bonus Policy

apk8x offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to registered players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL season, Eid, Pohela Boishakh, and Victory Day. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published at the time the bonus is offered, as well as the general bonus conditions set out in this section.

By claiming any bonus offered by apk8x, you agree to be bound by the wagering requirements, time limits, game restrictions, and maximum bet rules associated with that specific promotion. Bonus terms are clearly stated in English on the relevant promotion page. It is your responsibility to read and understand them before opting in.

• Wagering requirements: Each bonus carries a wagering requirement expressed as a multiplier (e.g., 20x). This means the bonus amount — and in some cases the deposit amount — must be wagered the stated number of times before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable multiplier is stated on each promotion's terms page.
• Time limits: Bonuses must be claimed within the stated validity window. Unclaimed bonuses expire automatically. Wagering requirements must be completed within the stated timeframe; failure to do so results in the bonus and any associated winnings being forfeited.
• Maximum bet rule: When playing with an active bonus, a maximum bet limit applies per round or per spin. Placing bets above this limit while a bonus is active is a breach of bonus terms and may result in the bonus being voided.
• Game contribution: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%. Live casino games and certain table games may contribute at a lower rate (e.g., 10%–20%). Sports betting contribution rates are stated per promotion. Check the specific promotion terms for the applicable contribution table.
• One bonus at a time: Players may not hold more than one active bonus simultaneously unless otherwise stated in the promotion terms. Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value until wagering requirements are fully met.

Game Rules & Fair Play

All games available on the apk8x platform — including slots, live casino, crash games, and sports betting markets — are provided by certified third-party game providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. Each game operates according to the rules and Random Number Generator (RNG) certification of its respective provider. apk8x does not alter game outcomes and has no operational control over the RNG systems of its game providers.

In the event of a technical malfunction during a game round — including disconnection, server error, or software fault — the round may be voided and any stake placed will be returned to your apk8x account balance. apk8x will not honour winnings generated as a direct result of a documented technical fault. Where there is a dispute between the displayed outcome and the game server log, the server log shall be considered the definitive record.

Sports betting markets are offered on a best-effort basis. apk8x reserves the right to suspend, void, or settle betting markets in the event of: match abandonment, result reversal by the governing sports body, verified data feed errors, or any event that materially affects the integrity of the market. Settled markets will not be reopened except where an official result correction has been issued by the relevant governing body (e.g., ICC, BCB, BPL governing council).

• All bets are final once confirmed. apk8x does not accept requests to cancel or amend confirmed bets.
• Odds displayed at the time of bet placement are the odds at which your bet is accepted. Late-acceptance rules may apply to in-play markets where odds are subject to rapid movement.
• Maximum payout limits per event may apply. These are displayed in the relevant market or sportsbook section of the platform.
• apk8x reserves the right to limit stake sizes on specific markets or for specific accounts where unusual betting patterns are detected.

Age Restriction

The apk8x platform is strictly restricted to individuals who are 18 years of age or older at the time of registration. This is a non-negotiable, absolute requirement. No exception exists for parental consent, early emancipation, or any other circumstance. Players must be 18 years or older.

apk8x enforces the 18+ age restriction through a combination of registration-stage declarations, KYC identity verification at first withdrawal, and ongoing monitoring of account activity. Where there is any reasonable suspicion that a registered account is being operated by a person under the age of 18, apk8x will immediately suspend the account and initiate a formal identity verification review.

If it is established that a player was under the age of 18 at the time of registration or during any period of account activity, apk8x will permanently close the account, void all gameplay, and return the net deposited balance (after deducting any winnings generated during the underage period) to the funding source. Any winnings accrued during the underage period will be forfeited in full.

apk8x strongly encourages parents and guardians to make use of parental control software to prevent minors from accessing online gaming websites. If you believe a minor in your care has registered or used an apk8x account, contact our support team immediately via live chat. We will prioritise the investigation and take all appropriate protective action.

Account Suspension & Closure

apk8x reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at any time and without prior notice where there are reasonable grounds to believe that a breach of these Terms has occurred, or where such action is necessary to protect the integrity and security of the platform.

Grounds for account suspension or closure include, but are not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions
• Providing false, misleading, or unverifiable personal information at registration or during KYC verification
• Operating more than one active apk8x account
• Engaging in bonus abuse, fraudulent activity, or money laundering
• Use of automated betting software, bots, or artificial intelligence systems to gain an unfair advantage
• Placing bets based on inside information or in coordination with other players to manipulate market outcomes
• Receiving deposits from a third-party payment source not registered in the account holder's name
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe requested by apk8x
• Account inactivity for a continuous period of 12 months or more (dormant account policy)

Where an account is closed due to a proven breach of these Terms, any remaining balance may be withheld pending investigation. In cases of confirmed fraud or money laundering, all balances will be forfeited and the matter referred to the appropriate authorities.

Players also have the right to request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting apk8x support via live chat. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within 48 hours. Any verified balance remaining at the time of voluntary closure will be returned to the registered payment method following completion of outstanding KYC requirements.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, apk8x — including its directors, officers, employees, agents, and service providers — shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the apk8x platform or any service offered thereon.

apk8x does not warrant that the platform will be available without interruption, that it will be free from technical errors or security vulnerabilities, or that any specific game outcome, odds movement, or promotional availability will be maintained for any given period. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no representation that content on the platform is appropriate or lawful in jurisdictions outside Bangladesh.

apk8x shall not be responsible for:

• Losses resulting from internet connectivity failures, device malfunctions, or third-party service outages beyond the reasonable control of apk8x
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials
• Financial losses resulting from your own gambling decisions, including decisions made under the influence of a bonus offer or promotional material
• Delays in deposit or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, or any bank
• Errors in odds or game displays that are subsequently corrected in accordance with the provisions of these Terms

Where apk8x is found liable under any applicable law, the total aggregate liability of apk8x to you in respect of any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the total value of funds deposited by you into your apk8x account in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
